How long will it take to receive my product?

Tracking numbers are automatically sent to your email once your item has been shipped. Please note that when the tracking number is generated that we still have to package your order and deliver it to the post office before it is trackable. Please allow 48 hours for usps to update their system before attempting to track packages.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Sweet Temptation Hair will honor exchange request for any products within 7 days of receiving your order if accompanied by receipt. Product must be in brand new condition, unopened and in original packaging to qualify for exchange. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not allowed.

Do I have to order through the website?

All orders placed online must be shipped. Stop by and see us at our Memphis location to purchase on hand products during business hours at 7981 Dexter Rd Cordova, Tn 38018 Suite 106. Tuesday 2pm to 6pm Thursday 12pm to 6 pm Friday 12pm to 6pm Saturday 10am to 3pm

Do you have hairstylist in your salon?

Yes! We have hairstylist in our new salon. Our licensed professionals speciailize in color, hair extensions and natural hair. Stylist are very busy and usually openings fill up the same day our bookings open. Check out our salon directory to meet our stylist and book your next appointment.
