All orders placed online must be shipped. We have a new mobile delivery service for our local customers! To place local delivery with HairDash please text us at 1-833-337-9338 to place your order.

All orders are 7-12 business days with the exception of high volume holidays. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to your email once your item has been shipped. Please note that when the tracking number is generated that we still have to package your order and deliver it to the post office before it is trackable. Please allow 48 hours for usps to update their system before attempting to track packages.

Sweet Temptation Hair will honor exchange request for any products within 7 days of receiving your order if accompanied by receipt. Product must be in brand new condition, unopened and in original packaging to qualify for exchange. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not allowed.
